Upaya PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong Menuju Smart Terminal

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine PT Terminal Teluk Lamong's readiness to achieve the Company's Vision, namely "Becoming the Best Green Smart Terminal." The research method used in this study is qualitative with an analytical descriptive approach, and primary data is obtained from direct interviews with the operations manager and the field implementation staff at the Teluk Lamong Terminal. From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that the real steps that have been taken and developed by PT TTL are to provide various port facilities that can work quickly, accurately, and transparently, where the company has been able to create various applications that can support all customer desires, users of export and import loading and unloading services, and can meet the government's targets from the port sector, especially export-import.  The implementation of all port standards that have gone to Smart Ports has achieved PT TTL's Green Port indicator, which is 78.55%. This is, of course, very proud, although in the future, it must be increased and can achieve better numbers.
