STRATEGI PT. MERATUS DALAM PELAYANAN LOGISTIK MARITIM TERINTEGRASI
Abstract
This research on logistics services aims to find Meratus' strategy for improving services in the maritime sector at home and abroad by providing integrated services. The study used qualitative methods and a descriptive-analytical approach with primary data obtained from direct interviews with the Manager of PT Meratus. In maintaining customer trust and gaining potential customers, Meratus has taken several concrete steps and, at the same time, dared to provide guarantees to all customers that Meratus makes things very easy for customers, from loading goods, administrative processes related to shipping, security of customer goods, until the goods arrive and are well received by the customer without the slightest damage, including in terms of ease of payment services and can be done wherever the customer is.
