STRATEGI MEMBANGUN KESADARAN WAWASAN LULUSAN TERHADAP HUMAN TRAFFICKING DI DUNIA KERJA
This research aims to discover how important a comprehensive insight is for a fresh graduate in socializing with real life in the world of work. This study is based on the mismatch between job offers for workers and the type of work being offered, which has an impact on human trafficking among fresh graduates. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research begins with a general explanation of the problem, followed by a detailed explanation. Qualitative research is a process to gain a deeper understanding of the complexity of individual interactions. The research results show that human trafficking is a form of exploitation for prostituting other people or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labor or services, slavery, or practices such as slavery, servitude, or the removal of bodily organs. Therefore, Fresh Graduates need to understand and seek information about the jobs they are applying for so that there is no mismatch between the jobs offered. On the other hand, low levels of education and even illiteracy due to never having received any education at all create vulnerability to exploitation or even trafficking.
